We have 2 boys and with both pregnancies, I found out the sex beforehand. At this point, DH & I are building a new home and it will be done right around the time baby is born (actually probably right after). So, I don't have to do a nursery or anything like that until after baby is here. We decided to wait it out and NOT find out the sex. I would just love to know how that feels, ya know? So far, we have only told our parents and my sis that we are expecting. We want to surprise everyone else after my dr. appt just to be sure everything is A-O-K. MIL asked when we'd find out the sex & when i told her that we were not finding out, she snarled at me and said "oh you'll find out" .
. . so sure of herself. She thinks because we found out with the last 2 that we won't be able to stand it. hello??!! are you serious??
then she pretty much told us how wrong it was to torture her just
because "I" don't want to know what the sex of the baby is. HAHAHA!!! Thank god I take everything she says with a grain of salt and so does DH.
Re: Anyone NOT finding out baby's gender??!!
Good for you, I admire that kind of discipline! Officially, we're undecided on whether or not to find out ahead of time, but I know myself and I think I need to know. :P
GL!
Oh MIL's ... !!!!!!
To be quite honest if my second is a boy and we decide to have a third i would LOVE to not find out the sex and just surprise everyone! That would be AWESOME!!!!
Or, since I'm evil, I would find out only and then keep it from everyone else. Only ?because I don't have too much patience!!!!
Stick to your guns girl!?

We're not going to find out. I'm a redheaded drama queen born on the first day of Virgo but am a total Leo. My husband is also a Leo. Baby Red will be a Leo and has like a 95% chance of being a redhead b/w hubby and I so why on earth would we want to deprive our future Leo to be of his or her first dramatic entrance.
And Scene.?
DH and I could never wait. We found out with our son, and his birth was so incredibly exciting even knowing he was a little boy
DH's family is giving us a hard time because we plan on finding out telling us it's not exciting if you find out, blah, blah, blah. That aggravates me because a baby is exciting whether you know what the sex is or not.
Anyways, I would never be able to hold out. Good luck to you--and I hope you prove your MIL wrong!!!
Nope not finding out! I've always wanted to wait.... and it might be the one thing that gets me through labor (finally finding out what it is
