CD suggestions for a sensitive bum?

I started out my DD on bumGenius 3.0.  And I loved them, however, she seems to be sensitive to the microfiber on the inside.  The poor girl would have red bumps and blisters by the next diaper change (when she was clear when I put it on her!).

 I love CDing (she used Kissaluvs her first 3 months), so I want to find something else for her.  I prefer something self contained (ie no cover - for daycare!) like an AIO or pocket, but I guess it has to be a natural fiber like cotton.

 Any recommendations?  What is your favorite that fits in this category?  Thanks!!

If you like the BG fit, they make a one size AIO with an organic cotton inner. Definitely might be a good option if your DD seems sensitive to the suedecloth inner. (I'm assuming that's what you meant vs. the microfiber inserts - but *just* in case, if the microfiber is not inside the pocket and is right against her skin, that's going to irritate any kid's bum - that stuff will suck the life out of skin if it's right next to it! I'm 99.9% sure that isn't what you meant, but just wanted to throw it out there just in case:).
