Grrrrrr....
I signed up for my Cigna's Healthy Babies program about six weeks ago. I was assigned to a case manager. She left me a couple messages at home, but always when I was at work. I haven't heard from her in a month.
I've left her at least 6 messages over the past month. Nothing. I received a letter stating that I'm going to be disenrolled from the program for non-compliance.
I'm a bit irritated, to say the least. They pay $150.00 at the end of the program, and every little bit would help right now!
Anyone here have Cigna and is having a GOOD experience with their Healthy Babies program?
Re: Anyone using Cigna's Healthy Babies program?
I enrolled in this program back in December, but had a really hard getting in touch with anyone. We literally played phone tag for about 3 weeks before I could enroll. Everytime I called I would get a voicemail which was frustrating. I just left a message each time I called so that they would know I was at least trying to get in touch with them. Once I enrolled I got the packet of information pretty quickly. If I was you, I would keep calling and leave a message (if you haven't already done this). Good luck and sorry!
