XP from my local board: (warning Sad) my friends Preemie NEEDS vibes/prayers today

Born at 26 weeks, 1lb 6 ounces on 12/15. He had heart surgery which we all thought well. A few days later we find the surgeon nicked a lymph node- there was a slew of complications from that and now his dr says he doesn't think he'll make it. His parents are decided whether or not to let him go... that's got to be the worst possible thing they could ever have to decide in their whole lives. 

I'm not sure what kind of prayers or vibes I'm asking for for them- but just any would be good.  Poor little Liam

This is so sad.

Stories like this make DH and I so thankful that Jacob is here and that he's healthy. DS was 1 lb 7 oz so I know how scary having a baby that small can be. Jacob had a PDA that they told us might need surgery when he was 2 weeks old. I couldn't imagine the doctors doing surgery on a baby that small and I can't believe it is actually done. Luckily, Jacob's closed with meds, but for awhile I was freaking out at the thought.

I'm keeping them in my prayers.
