Food/ vitamins for dh?

Are there any food/vitamins that dh should be consuming to help with fertility, sperm, etc?

    I love your teddy bear/calender siggy!!!

    I know its a good idea for daddy to be not to drink too much- it can cause problems for sperm, but thats all I have DH do.  He also takes a multivitamin, but he does that on his own not for TTC.  And i'm not sure the vitamin counts, becuase its flintstones, lol!

    check out www.early-pregnacy-tests.com for whenever we try again we're gonna get the fertili-aid or the other one (sorry, don't remember the name). It has everything in one (or 3 for fertiliaid) that dh's will need for ttc. Hth!
