pears everywhere!

anyone have a recipe that utilizes a lot of pears and is super tasty?

    Quarter pears and red onion; roast in a 400 degree

    oven.  Serve over baby spinach with goat cheese or

    gorgonzola, walnuts (or candied walnuts!), and dried

    cranberries or cherries.  Balsamic vinagrette is great

    with this one.

     

    Or pear tart.

    I made a pear cobbler once (instead of peaches) and it was delicious.  I just used a little bit extra sugar, and I put in some cinnamon too.
