Aunt Flo, where art thou?

Here I am in the TTCAL club.  Well.... not officially yet.  We just lost the baby but my body seems to be back to normal... I'm sad but recovering emotionally...  AND I'm excited about my period for the first time ever!  When will you come back to visit, AF?

Just for sh*ts and giggles, when did any of you with natural m/c at around the 6 week mark get a return visit from AF?

I know it's different for everyone, blah blah blah but I'm just curious.  Am I looking at 2 weeks? 4 weeks?  8??

Thanks ladies.  I love procrastinating at work with you :)

    Once I stopped bleeding (which took 2 months, btw), AF came in like 2 weeks.  Good luck and I hope she comes soon!

    No advice on the when AF will show front- I m/c'd at 12 weeks, and she took 65 days for me.

    But, welcome to the board! I hope AF shows soon, and your stay here is short b/c you get your bfp!

    1st was 47 days (would've been, but I got pg again), 2nd was 54 days post D&E.  Good luck and I'm sorry for your loss.

    gallerygirl, I love your blog!  I'm so sorry for your losses.  It's one of those things that can't be explained to others who have not gone through it.  It's a grief we are forced to hide away in secrecy.  The frustrating thing for me is that there are so few people I can talk to about it, and some of those only tell me not to feel what I'm feeling, to be positive, not to cry etc.  It is well-meaning but not helpful.

    Anyway I'm hijacking my own post :)

    Sorry about your loss but welcome to TTCAL!

    I lost my first one at exactly 6 weeks.  AF showed up about 29 days later and my cycles have been 29 days ever since.

    4/08 BFP resulted in m/c
    8/08 BFP resulted in m/c
    3/09 Polyp removed and dx MTHFR (both copies)
    6 Clomid cycles, all BFN
    5/09 IUI#1 with Clomid=BFN
    6/09 IUI#2 with Clomid=BFN
    8/09 IUI#3 with Clomid=BFN
    IVF#1 = BFN
    IVF#2 = BFN
    IVF#3 ET 2 Grade A blasts 11/16/11

    I'm in the AF wait with you! I just began an induced m/c last Tuesday and I'm pretty much finished bleeding. Now it's the waiting game.... I'm also excited for AF for the first time in a long time! I think maybe a few times in high school I was excited for her when I had a scare, lol.
