What time does your 3 month old...

go to sleep and wake up in the am?  DD goes to bed between 9:30-10:30pm and she used to get up for the day at 9am.  Now she's waking up at 6 or 7.  I'm not sure if I should just start letting her get up at this time or really try to get her to go back to sleep until 9.

We try to put DD down around the same time (9:30-10:30ish). She will sometimes sleep until 4-5am, then get up for a bottle, then she goes back down for another 3 hours.....

usually goes to bed between 7 and 9pm. ?wakes up at 3-4 then 6-7 and usually goes back down until 8 or 9ish. ?his schedule is changing a bit now. ?so I'm hoping he'll be sleeping through the night soon!

DD goes down around 9:30 and usually wakes up at about 4 and I just put her in bed beside me and she goes right back to sleep, she is up at about 7:30 and then takes a nap at about 9:30
