Sig picture help!

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.  I uploaded to tinypic like I did with my last picture, but for some reason it's making this one gigantic.  How do I make it smaller?  TIA.

You have to change the size where it says "resize". I think mine is the "website/email"size.
