Keeping a 3 month old upright?

Gwen has a bit of reflux so I have to keep her upright for 30-40 minutes after I feed her.  I have a Bumbo seat, but that lasts about 5 minutes before she cries.  Any recommendations on how to keep her upright besides me holding her?  Is she too small for an exersaucer?

    What bouncy seat do you have? Ours is the Boppy, and has a setting to make it more upright... not quite as vertical as the Bumbo would be, but still more than a 45 degree angle. If I attach a few toys to the bar, or read her stories, she is happy sitting there for a while. And she's rarely happy when she's not being held!

    Also, we started DD in her Jumperoo a few weeks ago and she loooooves it. I would imagine the exersaucer would be similar... as long as she has really good head control, I think it would be fine!

    I prop her up in a boppy in front of me. Usually we sing songs or look at toys and that keeps her occupied while she is upright. It is also a bit more comfortable than the bumbo seat.
