Anyone do a princess theme for 1st bday?

i am planning DD 1st birthday party - we are renting a hall and i am going for a princess ball...we will be doing the rolled-up invitations but other than that, i have nothing! i wanted to see if you could share with me some of your ideas on that theme...and how did it go in general? I know she wont' remember it but we are taking plenty of photos and videotaping as evidence Thanks.!

we did princess party for bentlie's 2nd bday party.. I got necklaces and princess rings, we used lots of tulle to decorate... we had a castle cake.. we had lots of little princess crowns and wands.. dd wore a tutu and had a shirt made that said THIS PRINCESS IS 2.. hth..
