How much was your LO eating at 2 weeks? Also, say your LO was eating 2oz every 3-4 hours but is now eating around 2.5 hours, did you just go with that or increase their formula a 1/2 ounce? TIA!

DS will be 2 wks tomorrow and he's eating 3 oz every 3 hrs.  He doesn't usually get hungry in between feedings but if he does, I just feed him more until he's happy.

At 2 weeks, she was eating 2 oz every 3.5 hours during the day, she would go longer at night. At that age, if she was still hungry, I would feed her more often when she was hungry, rather than increasing her ounces per feeding.

I know he started on 2 oz., but I don't remember when we increased it. However, if your LO is wanting to eat sooner than usual, then I would say to increase the amount. We didn't go right from 2 to 3 though...we went from 2 to 2 1/2.

Right now mine is eating 3oz because we tried 2 1/2oz and he was still hungry. But he does great on 3oz! I dont think that we have to increase it anytime soon. I read somewhere that 2-4oz for 0-4 weeks, but mine is good at 3oz, depends on the baby. He will still probably be at 3 oz for a few more weeks.
