Defrosting Breastmilk?

in Babies: 0 - 3 Months

If I defrost breastmilk in the fridge how long is it good for?  How long is it good for if I defrost it under hot water?  Can I use it the next day? I am thinking of daycare.  If I defrost the night before to send with DS is that OK?

    good for 24 hours after taking out of freezer to thaw. I onlt heat frozen BM once.

    yep just take it out the night before and put it in the fridge thats what I do.
