Our DS has reflux and the pedi recommended we use rice cereal and change to a #2 nipple. Well we did that and it is too thick to come out. Does anyone know what size to use or what we can do? We are using Avent bottles. Thank you.
Finally after 15 months and 2 IUI's we have our gorgeous baby boy!

We just stared DD on cereal today for reflux. We use the Playtex Vent-Airs and they only have a slow and fast nipple. The fast nipple still wasn't fast enough so we made it a tad bigger with a fork. Also, I'm sure you pediatrician told you the cereal ratio per ounce but we do two teaspoons per ounce. We are using oatmeal as I heard rice cereal can constipate.

Re: Bottle Question
Can you use less cereal per bottle so it's thinner, or try a Y-cut nipple?
