How do you know how much to give DC of various table foods? I let DS try pasta with tomato sauce last night. I cut up probably about 6 penne for him. He might have eaten more, but I didn't want to go nuts with the tomato sauce since it was the first time he had it. How do you know how much to give? For example, how much of a sweet potato does it take to make a serving of it? When I spoon out jarred food into a bowl, I'm always surprised at how much is in there!
