DD wakes up screaming hysterically :-/

I've noticed that she's started screaming almost as if she were in pain when she wakes up this week. Pretty much after she got her shots on Tuesday morning. She doesn't seem to have a fever, but the freaking thermometer says "battery low" so I don't trust it, and will be going to get a new battery today. Anybody else deal with this? She's never done this before, she'd just fuss and whimper when waking up.

Dd had her shots on Monday and on Wednesday screamed for 35 min straight. Nothing I did helped. She didn't have a fever or anything. I took her back to the pedi to be checked just in case. Everything was fine she was just having some awful gas.?

if shes screaming like a pain scream its very possible shes teething.  Are her gums swollen, anything look like its about to break thru.  Is she waking more than usual.  Crankier more.  Eating less??  Has she been sick it might be an ear infection if shes screaming also.

She hasn't been sick, but you're onto something with the teething, that may be it, no teeth breaking through yet though.

After her 1 month shots she did that - she was super fussy for 2-3 days.  It was odd cause she is normally really easy!

See, after her last round of shots, she actually just slept non-stop. She'd wake up, eat, play a little and go back to sleep. Now that's a "reaction" I like!
