anyone know of a high risk OB in frederick?

i'm looking for a friend who just found out she's pregnant again... she's had some complications in the past so a high risk OB would be pref.

TIA :)

I don't know of any... however, my regular OB referred me to my high-risk folks... maybe hers could do the same?  I think we needed that referral for the insurance, anyway.

she doesn't currently have an OB... she's had 5 early miscarriages... and just got back from another country... but we'll keep looking. :)

I don't know of any but would be interested in what you find out since I live in Frederick and don't know anybody to ask the same question. Also fyi not all high risk ob's deliver so she may have to a regular ob and a high risk. My last pg was high risk and I had to see both.

I use Capital Women's Care in Frederick. They still see me as a high risk pregnancy but I also see Maryland Perinatologist in Frederick too. They specialize in high risk pregnancy and I see them as often as my regular OB. Both practices are wonderful, expecially the perinatologist. The OB will let your friend know if she needs a specialist.
