grunting and thrashing while eating

ds just sratred thins thing where he'll grunt and thrash around while he's eating. he'll shove the bottle out of his mouth and then get angry bc it's not in his mouth. then the whole process starts over again. he's eating the entire time he's doing this. anyone else have this happen?

DS does that sometimes, I think it's part of his reflux issue.

Is the nipple clogged maybe?

Does he spit up a lot after feedings or seem uncomfortable? DS does this a lot, and it has gotten worse in the last 2 weeks, so I'm pretty sure he has reflux and we're talking to his doctor about it today.

mine does it alot. but she's usually happy within moments.

he does have reflux so that could be it. i know the nipple isn't clogged bc i check when he shoves it out of his mouth.

I don't bottle-feed, but DS does that when he's really gassy. He'll unlatch from me and flop around. If I can help him get out a big toot or burp, he will usually latch back on and finish eating.

When my ds does that it usually means he's got a big air bubble.  Try burping more frequently- it helped us a lot!

Yep. Give him a burp. Or he may be working on a poop )

My DS does it while bf....I just think he's full or gassy.

I breastfeed, but ds does this sometimes when he's got to burp or he is just wanting to suckle and not eat. 

It almost makes me laugh because it looks like he's pissed at the nipple...lol.
