Anyone have an Infantino baby carrier?

My mom's very sweet co-worker wants to get us something for the baby.  She offered to actually buy the Baby Bjorn on my registry, but neither my mom nor I want her to spend that much.  Both of the Infantino carriers are significantly cheaper and have a pretty good track record on the BRU website, but I'd still like to know if anyone here has used them?  Do you like them?  TIA!

Had it, hated it. ?We got the Bjorn instead. ?It's much sturdier and easier to use, imo.

I have and it works great for me. Maybe I just don't know what I'm missing, but I can't spend as much as a Bjorn is.

I don't know anything about the Infantino, but we're using a Moby wrap as a carrier and LOVE it. She's asleep in it now, which is why I can type! Granted, it won't last as long as a structured carrier, but if you're looking for something cheaper for now, you may want to look into it. I know a lot of people who HATE the baby bjorn, so we went with the ergo for our expensive structured carrier for when she's older.

There are MUCH better option on the market than the carriers they sell at BRU.  Look for a carrier with a full waist band that can be used in a front or back carry.  My personal favorite is a Connecta, the Beco is also a good one.  One of the more mainstream ones is the Ergo which people also love but I found that other carriers were more comfortable.  I can still use them with my 2 year old.
