Gripe water room temp or refrigerate?

I have two bottles of Little Tummies Gripe Water- one says to refrigerate after opening, the other doesn't say anything about it.  I even had DH double check the bottles because it seems so strange that they say different things.  Do you refrigerate yours?

I have a organic brand and it says to refridgerate.

The box says refrigerate after opening but I didnt see this with the first bottle until I was about the throw it (empty) away.  I didn't refrigerate this one either, I keep forgetting.

i refrigerate mine, but have to warm it up for dd to take it

I just got it today and it says room temperature until opened, then refridgerate.
