2 year old recurring rash on foot

<div>Our 2 year old has been dealing with this rash on the crease where her leg meets her foot ever since she was around 8 months old. The doctor says it’s eczema, and we have tried eczema lotion, cortizone 10 cream, and we also had a prescription that seemed to help until we ran out of it and then the rash just came back. Has anyone dealt with this before and figured out a way to get rid of it for good?</div><div>
