NICU safety during covid

<div>My 31 weeker was born last week and will be in the NICU another several weeks.</div><div>
</div><div>I live in MN and feel like my state has done a good initial job of social distancing to flatten the curve, but more things were allowed to open up today. My family is continuing to do very strict social distancing including only grocery delivery. The only place we visit is the hospital, but I feel like I have so little control over anything that happens here. I noticed a significant increase in traffic at the hospital during my visit today — I was horrified when a few people packed themselves into the elevator with me. I just overheard nurses In the NICU talking about being excited for a store’s grand opening event tomorrow.</div><div>
</div><div>I am so scared of my baby catching covid, or myself or husband catching it and not being able to visit for weeks, or bringing it home to our toddler. For others with babies in NICU, what are you doing to stay safe? Have there been any cases of NICU babies with covid and how did they do?</div><div>
