Finally Sleeping Better in the 3rd Trimester, What Helped Me!

Hey ladies,

I just hit my 3rd trimester and wanted to share something that’s finally been helping me sleep better. For weeks I was tossing and turning, waking up every hour with back pain or trying to find a comfortable position.

A friend recommended getting a body pillow for pregnancy, and honestly, it’s been a total game changer. I didn’t expect such a big difference, but it really supports my belly and hips so I’m not waking up sore anymore. I’ve even noticed my sleep stretches are longer (which feels like a miracle at this stage).

I’m curious - what’s been working for everyone else to stay comfortable at night? Do you use any special pillows, mattress toppers, or bedtime routines that help you relax before sleep?

Would love to swap tips - anything that makes these last few months a little easier is worth trying!
