shopping cart cover - would a mom want it as a gift?

hi, i've tried using a shopping cart cover with my niece and i loved it, but i saw mixed reactions here about this super smart product... so i'm not sure now if it will be appreciated.. do you think it will make a good gift for moms? if so, what's good to give? thanks in advance
