I thought it might be fun to have a group for PNW moms to chat and get to know each other. As a FTM I’d love to meet up sometime and have a little community of mammas.

    How do y’all feel about meeting up for a nice autumn walk and maybe some coffee (decaf or not I won’t judge lol). I have my NIPT scan on the 24th so I feel comfortable meeting that weekend as long as things go well. Also it’s the weekend before Halloween which is my favorite holiday! Does anyone else have a preferenc on when to meet?

    Also the Willamette Valley is an hour drive from me since I’m in Vancouver but I’m happy to meet halfway if there’s a good halfway point.

    That does sound fun!! Maybe if we do some sort of verification in private messages to make sure we’re all real first when it gets closer 🤣 internet safety! But I’d love to have some IRL mama friends, I’m so lonely out here without my side of the family. Everyone’s back on the east coast! 
    & there’s definitely plenty of places in between where we could meet up! Im familiar with Vancouver/Portland/willamette valley areas so anywhere is chill for me!

    I totally agree, I think I’d feel better bringing my partner just in case one of us turns out to be an internet weirdo (unlikely but better to be safe!). Plus it’s good for partners to have support friends too during pregnancy. 

    Where on the east coast? My dads side is from NY. We’re not close by any means but that NY life always sounded fun.
