Breast tenderness/redness

20 weeks and starting to see slight redness (I swear some days it looks slight purple/veiny) on actual skin around areolas. Breasts are hot to the touch. Nipples are also super sensitive. Anyone else experience this?

I would call your doctor in the morning.  Rather safe than sorry with that.
