2 1/2 month old, new clicking sounds with bottle feeding

Anybody else have their baby suddenly start with clicking noises/constantly losing suction during bottle feeding? No changes to bottle brand or nipple and had been doing well with these since we brought him home. We have a message out to pediatrician for Monday but wanted to see if anyone experienced similar and what may have helped your babes!

Licking noise is when they are getting too much milk, so try a lower flow nipple. Good luck!
