Constipation?

Is anyone dealing with gas/constipation? I typically have some issues in this area but it’s been so bad this week!

If you’ve started your PNV and they have iron in them, they’re likely contributing. I take mine with a colace to try and stay regular - I had constipatipn from the vitamins previously.

Always with every pregnancy. I have to take benefiber or miralax (recommended by my ob) throughout pregnancy.

I have IBS on occasion and suffer that. I find that prune juice taken in the right amount is perfect and totally natural.
Right now I have the opposite problem!

I'm increasing magnesium to keep things moving but more issues than when not pregnant for sure. I might pull out some prunes.

Also you need more water when pregnant. Like. A lot more. That could be contributing!
