Just found out I’m pregnant

I tested on 1/23/23 and I surprisingly got a positive test. I feel guilty because I did not know and I’ve had occasional drinks and caffeine. I started my prenatal vitamins already the moment I saw the positive. I was surprised to see a positive because I have PCOS and usually have long/irregular periods so I expected this to be negative. This would be my second baby as I have a 2.5 year old. I can’t shake off the guilt and it worries me about fetal development. I know it’s not my fault because I did not know, but still… Anybody out there experience anything similar?

I feel this!!! I had monsters in the morning every day before I knew. I’m still an anxious mess.
