Since our little ones could come any day now, post your birth announcements here! Include as little or as much info as you want (height, weight, time, etc)
Theodore Ross, born at 8:23 this morning at 7 lb 4.1 oz/3.29 kg and 21 inches//53 cm. We had a rough time at the end of delivery but we’re both doing well now ❤️ and I’m very grateful to the my midwife for knowing when to call in the bigger guns, and to the MFM and peds teams who got him out safely without a C-section.
Baby Hayden James was born at 2:11 pm via c section weighing 7 lbs 13 oz and 19 inches long. C-section went smoothly although it seemed to take forever to close me up. I did also have my tubes removed so maybe that’s why. We’re both doing great but the spinal is starting to wear off so we will see how that goes….
Charlie was due Feb 15 but arrived very early on Nov 14th after a placental abruption. He was 2 pounds 3 ounces at birth. He has been in the nicu for the last few months, and is now 6 pounds 4 ounces. He should be able to go home with us in the next couple days. It has been a long hard journey but we are so thankful that he is here and doing so well. Wishing all you mamas having babies this month the best of luck!
@mammabird7, he was so tiny. I can’t imagine how stressful the last couple months have been for your family. I’m so happy that you are both doing well, and he gets to go home soon.
@mammabird7 Congratulations! I’m so happy to hear that he is graduating from the NICU to home. I am so happy that your family can finally be together in the comfort of your home! 🥰❤️🥰
I already announced Emmett’s birth in the birth stories thread. Since he’s now home, I will officially announce it here too. He was born on 2/3/2023. After spending 3.5 days in the NICU, he was discharged today!
