I don't know what's going on

Last month October 11th I had a miscarriage. I lost all of my pregnancy symptoms almost instantly and passed large clots and all of those things. I recently took multiple pregnancy test because I have been feeling pregnant again. The first was negative and so I was like okay that's good cause its not a continued hcg from last month. But the rest have been positive. Yesterday the test was really dark and positive. However saterday night and yesterday morning I was cramping and I began to bleed yesterday and throughout today.
( Tmi: Not enough to fill a pad but enough to be alarming its also red and it has gotten onto and into the pad some but not as much as a period typically would i suppose) But no where near the amount of blood as last time or a typical cycle some sometimes its mixed with the clear discharge so its that and blood which I found different. There have been no big clots or anything thats happening the same as last time. Now the blood is going away with just the discharge remaining? I'm still having pregnancy symptoms like morning sickness and my boobs getting bigger and hurting and being tired. So I have NO idea what's going on or what to do. Has anyone else went through this?
