34 weeks, extreme back pain, contractions, barely dilating

This is my fourth pregnancy. The other three were super uneventful and I was induced with all of them at 40 weeks. This go around, I’m having excruciating back pain and contractions. They aren’t quite regular but are strong. I’ve been at L&D twice the last two days and everything is looking normal. Ultrasound of baby looked good, kidneys looked good, glucose looked good. The contraction monitor showed an “irritable uterus” along with some strong contractions. When I was checked the first time, my cervix was completely closed. Then next day I was at 1cm. I’m absolutely miserable and I’m so much pain. I can hardly move. Has anyone experienced this? What did you do? I just want this baby out like now. I can’t take it anymore 😭

I could have written this myself!! I’m 34 weeks and was in the hospital at 31 weeks for an entire week. Contractions every 2min, low back pain, nausea, the works! I was on a magnesium drip and steroids to stop contractions. I went from “finger tip” to 1cm while I was there. Ever since I got home, I’m just so dead. Can barely walk, random contractions, lightening crotch every half hour. I keep praying these babies come soon (expecting twin boys). I’m here in solidarity, mama!
