Pregnant 6 years later. Baby shower ok?

Hi everyone. I have two boys - 8 and 6. My husband and I spontaneously got pregnant again and are due in September. My mom would like to throw us a shower. Thoughts? How do I do a registry? We have been slowly getting rid of things and only have a crib, stroller and plenty of clothes left. I would love to have a shower but don’t want to be tacky.
