My absolute joy is when I go camping! Unplugged from life immersed in nature! Particularly when it’s a beautiful day outside and you literally have nothing to do! No agenda, just you and the sun and the birds and the lake 

and then when my husband plays with my hair. It causes full body relaxation and can melt any stressor away for me lol

I have to second naps. Absolute joy.

My other might sound cheesy but Disney. I am the happiest when I am in Disney and this can be confirmed by DH. He has said "I've never seen you so happy" while watching fireworks at Magic Kingdom. I put all my worries away and live my best childhood while I am there and it's pure magic for me.

@tryingktogku so far my favorite by far is Germany. I’m not sure if it’s because I got the full experience in living with a family for 2 weeks, but it was amazing! I stayed with a family in Muenster, and it was the best 2 weeks! 

@maggiemadeit I do miss running! I haven’t run in years and I miss it so much!

Do carbs count? Carbs bring me joy. Specifically rice (I'm Asian). 

But also travel, specifically somewhere tropical. I equate that with joy and relaxation, as opposed to the kind of adventure/exploration travel that excites and energizes me. There's something about the smell of sunscreen, the heat of the sun, floating in the water, not having to go to work the next day, that is so relaxing. I can somewhat mimic those vibes in my backyard in the summer but it is not the same.

@kiki047 yes carbs count, I once told a doctor if they wanted me to reduce carbs I wouldn't talk to them any more because I love carbs so so much.

I love the beach, too, but there's something extra special and peaceful about the mountains for me.

@ejoseph16 Yes! Come! It's not hot here, but we have a beautiful beach! If you're looking for warm + beach, better trying FL or SoCal.

YESSS to travel, the beach and naps! I also like to Peloton, but once I'm off the wagon (like now) it takes some effort to get back on, even though I know I will feel great after. I love a good drink (looking at you, pink drink) and a walk outside. Any drink will do, but extra points if it makes me feel like I'm living my best Midwestern summer life.

For me, horses bring me joy. They always have for as long as I can remember. I was that horse crazy child growing up amd never grew out of it! Now my husband has to put up with it I finally have one of my own and wouldn't trade her for the world.

@wunderkai I was also a horse girl growing up. Sold my show horse when I started working full time and still really miss it. That used to be my happy place as well. 
@bbrahmbhatt +1 to falling off the Peloton wagon. I'm determined to get back on but for now I'm going to get MH to do the Crush Your Core program with me. I've done it once and liked it, so now I'll rope him into it too lol.

@kiki047 that is awesome! I've never done the crush your core, but I definitely should. My core could for sure use some work. Is it a mix of instructors? Is it too much for a core novice like me?

@kiki047 @bbrahmbhatt team peloton here 🙋🏻‍♀️ Emma is my #1 fave instructor, the crush your core series is so good. I’ve done both of them. Did anyone see she did a FLEETWOOD MAC RIDE? Yes, that warrants shouty excited caps IMO 😍

Like many of you… Travel brings me immense joy, my husband and I pick a different state every year to visit for our wedding anniversary. It’s been so fun. And I have been extremely lucky to travel to every continent (well, minus Antarctica). I’m currently reading Violeta by Isabel Allende and it’s making me want to go back to South America so badly.

@bbrahmbhatt it's the same instructor the whole time (Emma Lovewell, who also happens to be my #1 fave @anniemarie887 ) and it starts off real easy, just 5 mins a day, goes up to a max of 15mins but there are lots of modifications you can do. TBH there were times I'd just lie there and catch my breath for one of the sets but I could see/feel a huge difference by the end of the 3 weeks. The exercises really aren't that complicated either, lots of bicycle crunches, planks, etc, and the time goes by really fast. I've only done the first series so far so can't comment on the second one yet. 

@anniemarie887 OMG yes my feed has been blowing up about the Fleetwood Mac ride, that'll have to be on my list of rides to try once I get back into the swing of things.

Erm, not to barge on Fleetwood Mac Pelaton discussion, but I just want to say that I just ordered Fleetwood Mac's Anthology on LPs. So whilst I won't be cycling, I'll just be listening to Lindsay Buckingham and Stevie Nicks while sipping a strong drink (or two, or three).

@kiki047 oh em geeeee i have never met another soul to say Emma is their #1! everyone always says Robin or Cody! i did the Fleetwood Mac ride today, kept the resistance like 5-10 down from the min range and it felt ok! Emma was like how is this ride only 30 mins, we could go two hours easily! 

fun facts that no one asked for : 80s baby here, my mom desperately wanted to name me Rhiannon, which my dad squashed. we went as an entire family back in 2009 to see Fleetwood Mac and it was amazing. also the song Silver Spring is named after Silver Spring, Maryland.

@anniemarie887 one of my besties just went to a Fleetwood Mac rave in Colorado and I’m like “let me in!!!” Also Rhiannon is such a pretty name.

Horses are my happy place too. I currently have one I’m taking to sortings and working ranch stuff.  Another is a lawn ornament and then we have my daughters pony.

@allduggan11 beautiful! I can't tell if it's just the lighting but looks like s/he has some roan-y colouring? They have such a kind eye too. 

My guy was a hunter (but with jumper bloodlines), showed him for years before selling him to an older lady in Wisconsin.
