WAYDTGKU: letrazole + gonal F + TI; a bunch of meds; a bunch of supplements and vitamins

R/R: yesterday I took a "self-care day" and it was delightful and so necessary. I think I need to plan to do more of those. MH was really happy I did it, and we discussed the need to each do more of that. We both have demanding jobs, so it's kinda necessary. Only trouble is that MH doesn't know how to do self-care. If he takes a day off, he spends in watching videos (albeit, educational ones) and scrolling Reddit. I don't know how I can encourage him to do something for himself. Sigh. Anyways, I had a really great Mayan /Abdominal massage (first time) and there was this whole "spiritual" side of it that was really revelational. I'm going to post on the Mental Health thread about it.

R/R: I hit the gym twice already this week! But I also got McDonald's once for a free large fry. 

CS/Q: idk what this means but @ReadyForaB looks like she's asking how this works so I'll ask another question. Is there a place that I'm notified when someone replies to me?? Because I'm awful at remembering where I post so a notification would be excellent 🙈

@firecracker_mama I don't think you can see your "tags" (i.e. whenever someone tags you in their reply) on the mobile app. On desktop version, it'll appear in the top right hand corner, under the globe icon. Like so: 

@ReadyForaB similarly, I don't know how to do signatures (or even if you can) on the mobile app. If you're doing it on the website, you do this:

@acleverusername, I am on a desktop.  I know how to set up and edit it but not actually sign with it.

@ReadyForaB just ran a test by removing my signature and then re-adding. As long as there's something in Signature panel, it shows up in all of your posts. As soon as you clear what's in there, it's removed. You don't actually need to do anything to sign with it.
