Hi! I am 7 weeks, due Oct 31 and looking for any resources in the immediate area. Anybody have an expecting mom group, prenatal yoga or even a great OBGYN to recommend?

Feeling a tad isolated here because all of my friends are in NYC so I appreciate any recs!

Hi jelliebellie, I’m in hoboken and 7 weeks also! Asana soul practice in Hoboken is starting a pre-natal yoga series with instructor Lauren Henley who is AMAZING. Highly recommend!
