Could it be round ligament pain? I would call your doctor.

Idk what that is, but if it gets worst I'll have to go to the e.r...I am still in pain and didn't sleep at all..ok i looked it up, i am only in my 1 trimester of pregnancy so I don't think its this.

If it's not round ligament pain, it could be a bad UTI, bladder infection, or kidney infection. I had a bladder infection once in college that was so bad it kept me up at night crying from the pain. I honestly thought I was dying and even called my mom in the middle of the night asking what to do because the pain was so bad. And to make matters worse it started just before finals week!

How far along are you? It just popped into my head that this could also be an ectopic pregnancy but I haven't experienced that before so I'm not sure how or where the pain presents itself.

Start with your OB though. Most ERs aren't well trained or equipped to help pregnant patients.

Round ligament pain can occur at any point but if it’s constant, it’s probably not that. Call your doctors on call line. I second what @inthewoods23  says about ER’s not always being the best choice. Get your doctors advice first.

With my last pregnancy, I had such bad gas/constipation at some point that it hurt to touch my belly or lay down. But if I could manage to pass it even just a little then it eased the pain a fair bit

I had random pings of pain at 6 weeks (your uterus is rapidly stretching and expanding). I think it’s more worrisome if the pain is constant like a cramp.

I did and I had 2 hematoma bruises on my uterus. My doctor said they shouldn’t be a concern just uncomfortable
