    R/R: I start on night shift tonight. I was on nights for 6 years before I became a nurse and since graduating this May, I've been training on days and I feel like my body has adjusted to that schedule. I'm nervous about adjusting to nights again. I'm going to try to sleep as much as possible today so that I can hopefully stay awake tonight without a problem.

    Dec 2017: pre-IVF testing
    Jan-Feb 2018: IVF--17 eggs retrieved, 13 fertilized, 9 frozen and 1 transferred on 2/10 = BFP on 2/19!!! EDD 10/29/2018
    FET Oct 2021: BFP on 10/31! MC at 5 weeks
    FET Feb 2022: BFP on 2/15! EDD 10/29/22

    @paytonpedro just for my own mental hygiene, because my calendar is already really confusing, could we make this TWW Wednesday? :)

    Month/Cycle: lots and lots

    CD/DPO: 18/4-6

    Timing: we shall (probably not) see

    Typical LP length: 15-16

    Testing: cd12, maybe?

    R/R: i will not complain about my students on here, but if if did, that would be my rant today. just, general, like, being 20-years-old thought processes. my rave is that my dog is really cute deep in slumber here on the couch next to me.

    CS/Q: i shifted the chart interpretation from the standard system to a pure OPK based interpretation for the month.



    History
    I am doing this on my own. Left ovary and fallopian tube removed due to cyst/necrosis just after birth. Right ovary and tube still purport to function.
    Began TTC in Aug '18 @ age 35
    5 or 6 (or 7?!) cycles using frozen donor sperm, ICI. All BFN
    Mar-Jun '19 IUIs, all BFN
    Began process of referral for RE in spring of '19, blood tests confirm low AMH (.54) but all else is good.
    May '19 HSG shows open tube, but ultrasound suggests fibroids
    MRI in June '19 confirms two large fibroids, one growing through wall of uterus
    In June '19 I move from California to Oregon, disrupting my insurance, referrals, etc. 5 months spent piecing it all back together.
    Nov. '19 attempted myomectomy (vaginal approach) failed. 2nd surgery using laparoscopic method in Jan '20 is successful.
    April '20 --> June '20, natural IUIs, all BFN.
    July? saline ultrasound and bubble test demonstrate open tube
    July '20 clomid cycle cancelled for thin lining
    Aug-Oct, 3 femara cycles, all BFN
    RE referral. While waiting to set up an appointment Nov-Jan,I continue with natural cycles and ICI, using a known donor, BFN...
    Jan '21 more bloodwork, AMH is worse (.30), FSH high albeit not catastrophic at 13.2. hysteroscopy all good. "looks cozy!" says the RE.
    Feb '21, injectables (menopur, novarel), iui, BFN (doc said the frozen donor sperm sample had the "best numbers she'd ever seen!")
    Mar '21, injectables, iui cancelled due to lack of follicles, converted to at home-insem. BFN
    May '21, first IVF round cancelled due to cyst.
    July '21 IVF: standard antagonist. 225menupur/225gonal-f/cetrotide/5000u trigger, AFC 7; 6 days of stims. 8 eggs retrieved, 7 mature, 5 fertilize, 4 made it to blast. 3 are 4AB, 1 is 4BB. PGT-A results all abnormal.
    Oct '21 somewhat improved AMH (.51) and significantly improved FSH (8.9). Maybe it's all the pills I swallow.

    ok it turns out that actually may rave for the day is also my students. they're great. even if they're sometimes 19 years old and it shows.

    @optimistgardener 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m sorry  you can clearly see how foggy my brain is. Now I have to go check if WTO is correct. Lol ugh. Yeah, I don’t remember being like 20 year olds now lol. I feel like maybe technology isn’t always helpful. Would have totally taken a pic of your sleeping pooch! Does he/she dream when they’re deep in sleep?

    R/R: today was crazy but gorgeous outside! I was able to get out and see some friends which is always a good time. And the best part is that my mil brought dinner so I didn’t even have to cook!

    CS/Q: literally no clue. I just wanted clarity on lp length but I’m more confused than ever.

    @paytonpedro ahahaha yeah yr chart is 🍌🍌🤪. do you typically have any other symptoms associated w/ ovulation? cm, cramping, etc? otherwise yeah, yr guess is as good as mine. but i'm not sure what's up with ff giving you those early crosshairs. i feel like you're more likely after that especially low dip. but who am i to say. i'm basically arguing the exact opposite case for my own chart. don't worry about the tuesday/wednesday thing. i was just laughing about it this morning because i was already like, wait, what day is this even? and then i logged on to TB and the new daily thread was not helpful in orienting me!
    here's a sleeping dog pic from a few days ago. the blue blanket is her comfort blanket. it smells overwhelmingly of dog but she loves it. and it helps me keep the couch itself from getting too doggy.

    @optimistgardener I don’t have any other symptoms at all, except….. well, I’m rather frisky usually. I didn’t feel that overwhelmingly or overwhelmingly on one specific day. So it’s no help here. Yeah, again sorry haha. There’s no brain left over here 🤪🤪
    oh my gosh your pup!! 😍 she is passed out!! I love her freckles!! What breed(s) is she?

    @paytonpedro she's a pitbull or at least mostly so. super fearsome as you can see. the cat bosses her around most of the time. she was a rescue mutt and it definitely took her a while to get comfortable and feel safe, but obviously she's relaxed into her situation here nicely.
