Mention of children or pregnancies of others should have a TW (trigger warning) and be in a spoiler if possible, and only be mentioned if it is extremely pertinent to the conversation. • Month/Cycle: 22/2 AL

    CD: 33

    WAYDTGKU: NTNP, temping

R/R: Yesterday afternoon was rough. I learned that one of the new music teachers that was hired this year (with whom I’ve grown very close) isn’t coming back next school year. She got an amazing offer to do grad school for free at the same place she did her undergrad and in the program she’s wanted to pursue for years. I’m crazy happy for her and this amazing opportunity but I’m so sad that she’s leaving. We get along so great and can talk about anything. I’m definitely going to miss her.

WAYDTGKU: TTA this cycle bc I am a little weary of conceiving while in the process of getting my covid shots.  Although, what we are doing got us expectedly KU before so we will see I guess.

R/R: It is going to be so nice out today I can't wait to leave work and play outside!

    CS/Q: cope.

  • @gingermama29 it's tough to lose good staff even if it's for the best reasons <3

    Month/Cycle: 3/3
    CD: 10
    WAYDTGKU: bbt, opks, cm/cp, pnv
R/R: I go back to the office today for the first time in months and I'm both excited and anxious about it. Excited to see clients in person, anxious about the logistics of that (finding/providing toys, cleaning rooms, my resumed commute, etc). Will probably be ghosting this week because of that.
CS/Q: it's too jagged to really get anything, despite maintaining timing and room climate.
  • Month/Cycle: 5/5
    CD: 14
WAYDTGKU: remembering CBAD OPK, tracking, failing to remember vitamins
R/R: it's sooooo nice weather wise, i hope it's here to stay. i love sleeping with windows open
CS/Q: remembered to use OPK this morning, still a high reading but not a peak. flo is now predicting a 29 day cycle as i plug that in, which is a big jump from 25. this is day 6 of high reading, CBAD says if you get to 9 to stop, so we shall see. yesterday i did have ewcm, so i thought maybe it would peak this am, but nope.
  • @gingermama29 it's always tough when you lose a good work friend.

@ReadyForaB @anniemarie887 enjoy your outside time and nice weather! We had a nice afternoon yesterday and it was good to sit outside for a while.

@chgilmore good luck on your first day back!

    Month/Cycle: 4/4
    CD: 7? 8?
    WAYDTGKU: bbt/cm
R/R: rave on behalf of my dog: I think I'll take her for a long walk today during lunch since I'm not going to work out. 😂
CS/Q: I have no idea if today is CD 7 or 8. I know brown spotting doesn't usually count as day 1, but all of my other symptoms line up with today being day 8, not 7, and, was it really just spotting?? 🤷‍♀️ Probably doesn't matter too much in the long run, but it bothers me when my start date is so ambiguous.
  • @gingermama29 that sounds like a really amazing opportunity for her. Do you think you will keep in touch with her when she leaves?

@ReadyForaB I'm also excited for our weather today. Supposed to be 77! Except right now it's raining and feels a bit chilly outside. I'm sure we'll get to the high temps by evening. I believe we're back down in the 40 in the coming days :(

@chgilmore hope everything goes smooth as you return today! I'm back in the office this Thursday for about half the day and then 1 full day next week (because we won't have power in the house). My boss said our president is in our location next week so I'll get "props" for voluntarily coming in to the office build haha.

@anniemarie887 we slept with our windows open last night too. I was worried I might be a little cold but it looks like my blankets were perfect for how cool it was (low-mid 50s I think?). FX you get that peak reading soon!

    Month/Cycle: 5 AL

    CD: 15

    WAYDTGKU: OPKs, temping, GF/DF diet

R/R: Gonna be a lovely day in the upper 70s. The rain right now makes it a little chilly. My hair has been quite a frizzy mess these last couple days. Switched up the hair styling products I was using and everything is peachy now so yeah... I've learned my lesson not to use products with glycerin as it gets towards April.

CS/Q: If I don't get a positive OPK this evening or next morning I'm pretty screwed on OPKs and will need another box. Or maybe I should stop with the testing every time I pee once I get a positive :# It has definitely helped that I didn't start testing until CD14. I looked back at all the previous months, and I think my earliest positives were in the evening of CD15

  • @pajamstagrams ask anyone that has seen an RE and they'll tell you CD1 is considered when you're able to fill any kind of protection - even if it's just a pantiliner. Outside the context of IF some say the day you start having anything, even if it's just spotting. Ambiguity is the worst!

  • @inthewoods23 lack of like a standard operating procedure across the medical field drives me bonkers. like how can drs say such different things?
  • @ReadyForaB enjoy the nice weather!

@chgilmore good kick back at the office today!

@anniemarie887 I love when it’s nice enough to have windows open for sleeping. Enjoy!

@pajamstagrams I hope your dog enjoys the walk. That definitely sounds more fun than working out.

@inthewoods23 I will definitely stay in touch. Her alma mater is the same as mine so I may visit her there too.
  • @anniemarie887 I know, it's the only reason why I like having a definite heavy flow on CD1. It may start off as kind of light for a few hours, but once the cramps really kick in I know the floodgates opened. I've never had to question whether a day or 2 was a period or not.

    @gingermama29 that's great!

  • @inthewoods23 huh, well maybe I am a day ahead then. Who really knows. Normally it's pretty obvious to me as well, since my body decides to dump everything out at once, so to speak 😂

  • @pajamstagrams in your case with it being brown I'm not sure I would consider that CD1. I can see the case for either! Hopefully it becomes a moot point with a clear O date haha. That's the important thing!

  • @inthewoods23 @pajamstagrams @gingermama29 thanks for the well wishes, I ended up coming home early because my one in-person client cancelled on me lol but that meant that I got to throw dinner in the crock pot (tortellini soup!)

@inthewoods23 fx the opks work out and you don't need to rush out - that's what happened to me last month and it was a huge headache dealing with it :/
