WAYDTGKU: natural (diagnostic) cycle with lots of tests; lots of vitamins and supplements for MH and I. Haven’t thought how I’d crudely come on to my husband yet; will share when I do. 

R/R: rant — gd still no sight of Sergio (I’ve decided to call LH surge that; if periods are called Aunt Flo, why don’t LH surges get a name, right?) I’m going to have to get some CBAD refills; I’d been hoping that my stock would last me through this cycle. Not sure I want to spend the money.

rave — for the 2nd night in a row, didn’t get up in the middle of the night to pee! I’ve been working on trying to completely empty my bladder before bed, and I’ve also switched to taking my anti-anxiety medications in the evening to avoid waking up/activating my brain. I really hope this keeps going! 

CS/Q: my temps are super low today hopefully indicating O nadir, but once again... where the heck is Sergio?!

@acleverusername Sergio!!! hahahahaha. That's great and I'm 100% using that from now on. That is awesome about not getting up in the middle of the night. Just feels like a better sleep when that happens. And the CBAD $$$ is so frustrating, I know. Please do share the next crude come on.

R/R: Weekend scaries bc I have to go back to work on Monday - booo. But I just had a good visit with my doctor which I will eventually explain in the mental health thread. Got my parents vaccine appts this week so that is so great, but getting the appts and going to them too up most of the rest of the week. Not nearly as productive as I wanted to be, but oh well.

CS/Q: temps are high and unusual. Hoping TD will correct some.

@fameonmain2 argh, I totally get how you feel re: “back to work scares.” I had a really bad case of those after the Christmas break. Turns out that it’s a sign of anxiety. Which is totally understandable given that you don’t love your job. Hooray for getting the vaccine lined up for tour parents!!! Nationally, we’re already at 13%+ vaccinated and I’m pretty encouraged by that!
