    Ugh, since this past IVF cycle started (about 3 weeks ago), my exercise level went from every day to not at all. The first 2.5 weeks was due to the medication, so I can't blame myself there, but I just can't find the motivation to start again. Maybe I'll try tonight, but my period just started. Blah. 

    So now I started really focusing on my diet and macros again. I measured out my coffee syrup and have planned out my meals for today. If I can't get my butt on the Peloton, I better not eat like crap I suppose!
