Trying to Get Pregnant

WTO Tuesday 12/15

WAYDTGKU: prenatals, tracking CM, timing BD

R/R: Yesterday was fine! I decided early in the day that I wasn't going to let anything stress me out and I actually succeeded! Wow that felt good to finish the day and not be just totally emotionally wiped out. We had some issues arise at our event, but they were all either solved easily, or not that big of a deal in the first place. I actually think my mood may have rubbed off a little on one of my coworkers, actually. She was willing to solve a problem on her own without complaint, and that's not usually the case! Hahaha Here's to the rest of the week being just as good!

CS/Q: nothin nothin nothin, planning to start BD roughly EOD starting Friday. (Flo is predicting ovulation on 12/24, but I'm thinking 12/22-23 is more likely)

I hope you all have a great day!

  • @Aerialmrs I’m so glad that the event went well yesterday!! And that your coworker was able to independently solve a problem haha!

R/R: I have a CRAZY day today! But so far it’s going well. I’m trying to stay positive about life in general. We are supposed to potentially get a snowstorm tomorrow, so I’m curious as to what (if anything) the district will do if it ends up being snow-day worthy.

  • @Aerialmrs glad your week started so well! I hope it continues that way.

R/R: Very busy at work lately, but I'm managing to keep up so I'm not too stressed out yet. I'm looking forward to the holiday break, though. Things are getting ugly in my district with trying to bring more students back into the school, and it would be nice to get away from all of that for a bit (I know that sounds like burying my head in the sand, but I'm tired).

CS/Q: big temp drop today, which usually means my body is getting ready to O

  • It sounds like we're all in the home stretch before holiday breaks. Hang in there ladies!
  • @Aerialmrs glad everything went well for your event!
@runningoncookies it will be interesting to see what schools do for snow days. Some of our districts are distance only so I feel like that wouldn't be a concern for them but the ones with hybrid you can't have a snow day for some and not others.
@fameonmain2 I think it perfectly reasonable to burry your head in the sand for a little bit over the holidays!

    WAYDTGKU: letrozole + TI

R/R: much like everyone else I am just trying to get Christmas stuff done while working and managing the house. My mom and her wife are coming this weekend so I feel like our Christmas starts in two days. We are breaking groups up smaller and spreading gatherings out to try to stay safe and healthy. I have tomorrow off so I'm hoping to knock out a bunch of to-do's then.

  • @runningoncookies You must be a little south of me. I am fully expecting a snow day on Thursday (right now looks like we are getting over a foot). We are being asked to give synchronous lessons to the kids even if we have one :(

@krash_ It sounds like you are going to have a lovely weekend coming up! Hope you're able to knock everything off of your to-do list.
  • @Aerialmrs glad it turned out to be a good day and fingers crossed the rest of the week is good!

@runningoncookies we're supposed to get it Wednesday night into Thursday, with a foot plus expected across the state (CT). Not super excited, but at least it probably means white Christmas?

@fameonmain2 sounds like the holidays will be a good break. Are they trying to bring kids back in person NOW? Seems like it'd be more logical to wait a month or two, especially since the first phase of vaccines is starting to roll out to healthcare workers and such.

@krash_ good luck with your to-do list, and enjoy your gatherings!

    WAYDTGKU: opk, bbt, cm, cinnamon

R/R: just turned in my last assignment for the semester and am done with school for like 6 weeks! Now I can focus on getting Christmas gifts done. And the foot of snow we're going to get tomorrow night. I'm supposed to work today and Thursday, but I have a feeling I might be off the rest of the week after today if the storm comes the way they're thinking.

CS/Q: small temp spike this morning, but it's probably because I didn't go to bed until 5am, yay end of semester work! Fingers crossed I ovulate in the next couple days, been having fertile cm but no positive OPK yet.

  • @fantasyflyte Congrats on finishing the semester! GL with the xmas shopping. It looks like this storm will be a doozy...
  • @fameonmain2 at least on the bright side I found out my store does close for inclement weather and if it does close, I still get paid a partial day, so that's cool.
