Re: WTO weekend of 12.12-12.13
Month/Cycle: 7/6
CD: 12
WAYDTGKU: charting, opks
R/R: I took a nice long walk with the dog this morning which was wonderful. It was the first time I had gotten some exercise since my pleurisy/possible COVID debacle at the beginning of the month. Not much going on this weekend, probably just going to clean and catch up on some work!
CS/Q: the random temp spike makes my chart look like monoliths that have been appearing in Utah and California 😂
Month/Cycle: 1/1
CD: 3
WAYDTGKU: tracking CM, prenatals
R/R: I already can't wait for this week to over, and it's not even Monday yet! I'm trying so hard to just relax but it's not working. Pretty sure my period is only lasting 3 days this cycle, which is not normal for me at all. And I spotted very slightly for 2 days while I waited for it to start. Not a great beginning. I really hope it doesn't mean this cycle is scrapped already. Does anyone have any suggestions for ways to relax? Stress from work is eating me alive.

Month/Cycle: 13/14
CD: 1 🎉🙄
WAYDTGKU: letrozole + TI
R/R: moving on to the next cycle. Called the RE today and got my CD 3 u/s scheduled for Monday and called the pharmacy to get my refills. I think I’m going to look into acupuncture. I don’t know that I will start this cycle but I will research some fertility acupuncturists and maybe start in January if this one isn’t it for us.

@fameonmain2 glad you were able to enjoy a walk! the weather is supposed to be lovely here today, it's almost 60. aaaand up to a foot of snow predicted for wednesday.
@Aerialmrs do you have any hobbies you could throw yourself into? I cross stitch and sew among other crafts, and I find it can help my brain relax if I work on a project that requires a lot of attention.
@krash_ sorry about CD1 and fingers crossed your acupuncture research is moot!
Month/Cycle: 2/2
CD: 23
WAYDTGKU: bbt, opk, cm, cinnamon
R/R: still working through ways to get cinnamon in my diet. Found a cinnamon apple spice tea that was mostly tolerable, may try that one as an iced tea, and see if drinking with a straw helps. Realized this morning I could get cinnamon granolas and cereals and eat as cold cereal since oatmeal was a no go.
Also on a completely unrelated note, we're very excited because my sister, who just started this summer as an ICU nurse and has been living basically in her bedroom and the hospital to avoid exposure to my dad (he's high risk) is scheduled to receive her first dose of the vaccine this week! By the end of January she should be able to interact with the family again and we're all very excited.
CS/Q: was very excited for EWCM last night since we were already planning to every-other-day it starting yesterday. Might be too optimistic but hey, 2020 needs optimism.
@fameonmain2 It won't be too much longer before I finally have time to take walks again, so that'll be nice. Maybe Tuesday, even!
@krash_ I definitely have made a habit of falling asleep and waking up to my phone screen... I need to ditch that for sure.
Re: the cinnamon -- do you eat yogurt? You could try to mix it into there.
