Re: Thanksgiving Weekend Randoms

  • I’ve been totally fine not drinking this whole pg but today it’s only 10:30am and I’m wishing I could have some wine already 😂

  • Happy thanksgiving everyone!

I don’t know why but for some reason my heartburn has decided to be extra bad today 🥴 hoping it calms down before dinner.

@treebagel lol I bought sparkling cider as my lame attempt at pretending I’m drinking something fun

  • Hubby and I had a relatively quiet holiday. He fried a turkey and I made threw the rest together. We both did the prep work so that helped. I talked with my parents and video chatted with my sister and her in-laws.

Yesterday we started decorating the outside of the house with 2 inflatable dragons and an inflatable reindeer on our small plot. Today we need to finish up and get some additional outdoor extension cords. When is finished I'll post a pic. We are also working on getting the inside in the holiday spirit. Last year we didn't do as much because hubby was working a second job and I couldn't do it all myself. This year, due to us both working from home he decided to just wait until spring or after COVID to go back to the second job.

We also have a ton of leftovers and I'm having a hard time with THAT much turkey. I love turkey but I can get done with any food I eat so many days in a row.
