I have strongly considered a Doppler this time around. I didn’t with my first but I definitely know what you mean about PGAL brain because everything makes me so much more nervous this time around!

@treebagel@manillabar My OB recommends not getting one because if you have a hard time finding the heartbeat it's going to freak you out even more and you'll go into full on panic mode. It's better to just call the office when having a PGAL moment and they can try to slip you in for a quick heartbeat check.
That said...this past week I've started feeling Baby Girl move more and more and when I didn't feel her last night I got a little freaked out and had to remind myself that feeling her hasn't been consistent yet.
I have a home doppler from my last pregnancy. I had it tucked away in storage, determined I was going to sell or give it away. It is reassuring and highly addictive. I wouldn’t known what to do if I didn’t hear a heartbeat.

my fffc is that I’m soooo close to buying a home Doppler. Because pgal brain does not want to leave me alone.
