R/R: It’s the weekend! It’s going to be hot and humid here today though so I’m not sure if we will do anything. I read an article the other day after our morphology talk and it said that highest/best morphology usually happens in the summer so of course now I’m convinced this hot weather is going to help us. Totally rational, right? I keep seeing/hearing pregnancy announcements and although I don’t know anyone else’s struggle, it is so frustrating that this is so easy for so many people. Ugh. Anyway, hope you all have a great weekend!

GTKY: We went to this resort in the Bahamas in December for our anniversary and I still follow them on Facebook, dying to go back for a long weekend once this is all over. It was the perfect place to relax and read by the pool with all-inclusive drinks which is my favorite vacation activity!

R/R: DH and I got in a fight again about all the unfinished house projects. Went to the store to grab more outlets and switches so we're working on that this weekend. Also weeded this morning until it got beastly hot 🥵

GTKY: right now I'd just love to go up north to the woods. Sit by the lake or go boating

@inthewoods23 oh that will be great about the outlets and switches. We changed all of ours out in our townhouse before we sold it, it made such a difference! I want to do that too but we are majorly slacking on house projects

@bows22 there's been a lot of back and forth with us because sometimes replacing these things is a damn ordeal. The one switch DH worked on had some weird wiring to it so he was up and down the stairs to switch the circuit breaker on and off a bunch - and it was the switch just for the closet light so nothing special about it. Turns out how he had originally wired it was correct and the wires just needed to be restripped. I didn't say it, but in my head the whole time I was thinking "this is why I don't want to work on this shit myself because it's frustrating and my hands will hurt after some time"


Here's my chart this morning: temp went back up. Still holding on to hope but now I'm wondering if testing tomorrow would still be possibly too early. Thoughts?

@inthewoods23 if you are using cheapies, I would say tomorrow would be too early. If you’re using a FRER, tomorrow may be safe.

Hey, I just wanted to do a quick update. MH and I are going through a really rough time so we are not longer going to be TTC until he gets some help. I hope to be back in a few months and I hope you have all graduated by then! I just didn’t want you to think I ghosted.

@krash_ I’m so sorry you are going through that. I hope he is able to find some help and you can get back to a place where TTC feels right.

@inthewoods23 I agree, if you have a FRER tomorrow should be good. Your O date is pretty clear from your chart so you don’t have to worry about maybe being off a day. Good luck!!

@krash_ I’m so sorry. Thanks for saying something because I definitely would have wondered where you were. I hope YH can get the help he needs. We’ll miss you ❤️

@chindimples04 @bows22 I have the early result Wondfos. I don't remember if their sensitivity is the same as the FRERs

@inthewoods23 I would test tomorrow with wondfos! I think they're just as reliable as FRER and they're a lot cheaper. 

@bows22 ohhh I love that hope for hot weather and morph!! Spring babies would be awesome!!

Testing: negative yesterday and a temp drop today so pretty sure CD1 will be tomorrow or Tuesday

R/R: it is so stinking hot today. I have a list of outdoor projects I wanted to get done but not trying. Staying in the house to do some online schoolwork and trying to stay cool. Also figured out on Friday night how to access my RE bloodwork and the only thing that was out of range was my IgM, which from what I can gather has something to do with blood clotting. The nurse had told me the Dr wants to retest in 3 months, which I took at face value over the phone, but now seeing the numbers I have more questions. I'm going to call her on CD1 to schedule a HSG so will probably ask more then. 

GTKY: If it was possible to take a mini-vacay this weekend, where would you go & what would you do? For a mini vacation I would want to go to a north American city I haven't been to yet- maybe Chicago, Portland ME, Quebec, Toronto? I love to walk around and feel the vibe of different places and try different foods.

CS/Q: pretty sure I'm out this cycle 😭

**lurking** @krash_ I am so sorry to hear that. I hope YH is able to get the help he needs and you guys are able to get back on track. Maybe taking a temporary break from TTC will help alleviate some stress for him/both of you. Big hugs.

@_orchid_ ha I totally read that first as "American city" so I was all confused when you said Quebec and Toronto 😆 then I realized you said NORTH American. Ohhh lol

@_orchid_ I’m sorry for the BFN and the temp drop, ugh. It was so terribly hot here this weekend too. It seems like after tomorrow we are going to go back to more reasonable temps so I hope you do too

@krash_ thanks for letting us know; I would have definitely wondered where you’d gone. Take care friend and I hope you and YH are able to get through this rough patch. Therapy is wonderful and I recommend it to all and it sounds like YH is making the move in the right direction. Good thoughts and positive vibes to you!
