R/R: We didn’t get +1 in last night. I was working and DH was tired and I told him I would be “right behind him” but by the time I got upstairs and got ready for bed he fell asleep waiting for me. I didn’t bother waking him up since I am pretty sure yesterday was +1, but then this morning I’m like crap, what if it was a really slow egg 😂. I’m sure it’s fine though. I don’t think that will be what makes or breaks us after all this time! I have a busy day today with calls and video meetings but hopefully I’ll be able to check in later!

R/R: Yesterday I was lazy all day long, today I already got out for a run! Balance. I’ve wanted a smoothie bowl since I woke up so I think I’m going to go make that now, and then get some cleaning done around the house.

CS/Q: I think I’m choosing to ignore that weird drop yesterday now that my temp is back up today haha

@bows22 I always struggle to get in +1. We only got it this cycle because O was a day earlier than I expected.

R/R: feeling crampy again today so I am trying not to SS because I get crampy every TWW. I'm getting my hair cut today and I am so excited! I haven't had it cut in almost a year, it can pretty much cover my boobs. It's so long and hot and uncomfortable so I'm going to chop most of it off. I'm trying a new salon because they have implemented a lot of precautions. Getting a hair cut with a mask on will be a new experience.

@krash_ yay for a haircut! I love doing a big chop every once in a while. I usually will grow it to donate it. Good luck with the new salon!

@runningoncookies Yay for productive days! Rest days are definitely needed too and balance is important.
@krash_ Trying to avoid SS is so hard in the TWW, so I feel you. Ever since CD 14 came for me it's gotten harder and harder to not SS. I hope your haircut today goes well! I need to have MH shave mine again soon. I hope the new salon works out for you!

R/R: I went and got different tests from Target this morning. I'm really just not trusting the wondfos that I have. While this may just be another super wonky cycle for me, I want to be sure. I'm holding out hope until I either pull negatives on different brands of tests or until AF shows.
CS/Q: Temp is staying up there.

@runningoncookies balance is definitely the key. Yesterday I basically ate carbs all day, today I'm feeling a salad.
@ashaislurking I'm frustrated for you! All signs point to the fact that you O'd. There wouldn't be such a clear temp shift if not. I hope the other tests give you some answers!

@krash_ when my temp dipped at 14dpo I was -CERTAIN- AF was going to show, but she didn't, and still hasn't, and I just want to know what's going on.

@ashaislurking I’m so hoping that the wondfos are wrong!! 

@bows22 smoothie bowls are one of my favorite things EVER. Basically, it’s a thick smoothie that you eat with a spoon instead of a straw, and you can add toppings to make it extra yummy. Mine today was a base of almond milk, blueberries, strawberries, kale, and banana blended and topped with peanut butter granola and slivered almonds. Healthy and refreshing!

Likely my last day on the TWW thread. While yesterday there was a hint of pink on TP, today I'm definitely spotting. Will see if AF shows up by 5pm tonight or will hold out until tomorrow. I've got Day 3 labs to do, and since Day 3 will fall either on Sat or Sun, I'll have to go either tomorrow or Monday (Day 2 or Day 4). 

Month/Cycle: 5/5

CD/DPO: 29/10

Timing: doesn't matter at this point.

Typical LP length: if AF shows up tomorrow, it'll be 10 days, 2 cycles in a row.

Testing: yeah, so I've been talking a lot about using Proov strips this month and last month to check my progesterone. The Proov strips stayed negative both cycles, though this cycle I definitely confirmed ovulation with them. However, finally yesterday evening I got a message from my OB with my Day 21 (7DPO) blood test to check progesterone and... drum roll... I have low progesterone at 6.7. 🤣

R/R: had a fertility acupuncture session this morning; felt so zen during/after. Most of it is gone now. Haha. 

CS/Q: only question is... I've seen some acronyms that are not defined in either of the acronym lists; what's the best way to figure those out?

R/R: I've seen a couple of people talking about SS during the TWW.  This has been me as well.  My head and my body are working together to [email protected]*k with me.

@ashaislurking FX for you.  Sounds like your wandfos are wonky.
@krash_ Feeling for you on the SS.  It's been driving me crazy, too.  Everybody I've asked about it says to keep busy.

CS/Q: we'll see tomorrow if there's a temp drop or not. I'm so tempted to sleep in a billion blankets to keep my temp up 🤣
