TTC #1 October 2017: BFP on 12/1/2017, DD born 7/24/2018 @ 37+1 after induction due to preeclampsia
TTC #2 January 2020: AMA, dx with DOR in May 2020

a) You know you're in the same place as yesterday, right?
b) the DAY after a positive OPK?
-LH can surge anywhere from 12-24 hours before ovulation
-One day after a positive OPK is just the day you ovulate
-You would not be pregnant until implantation

Anecdotes from internet strangers will have absolutely no bearing on whether or not you're KU. Making multiple posts asking the same question isn't going to get you the answers you're looking for. I highly suggest reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility. You seem very confused about how this process works.
