R/R: DH and I talked last night and we decided to go ahead and try this month as normal. It’s scary but my polyp could be coming back as we speak and who knows when I’ll be able to get in to see an RE again. On a brighter note, another small silver lining to this is that I’m finally caught up at work. Since our clients have been dealing with more important things, I’m on hold on everything waiting for them. We still have a ton of work coming up but the old stuff is as far as it can go which is a great feeling, although I’d rather still be overwhelmed and behind if it meant we were out of this mess.

R/R: I was really worried about work being slow with court closures and such, but it has been SO busy. Good for job security, but I feel like I am doing coronavirus stuff 24/7 which is not great for my anxiety. Today will hopefully be slower so I can pop in more for tags. I also had a Zoom chat with 5 of my best friends from college last night and it was so nice, I hope we will do them often during social distancing, it is nice to see familiar faces.

@legallykate I'm essentially tech support in my work and with so much shutting down I thought we'd be slow with no customers calling us but we had a day or 2 last week that were actually quite busy! Lots of calls. It's nice to be busy instead of just sitting around because the rest of the world is at a halt.

R/R: Spoke to my SIL yesterday through video on the phone. It was nice. Will have to have more of those. So the repair guy for our dryer showed up super late yesterday. Was super annoying but it is what it is. So turns out the main board on the dryer is toast and has to be replaced. Total cost is gonna be around $800. Yikes!! 😬😮 This dryer should work like a hot damn after this lol Also, somehow yesterday I ended up swallowing a tiny peice of glass. Oops. hope it will be ok. I’ve had a lot of tension headaches everyday all day lately. Sucks and it hurts.. I think it’s due to all the stress and anxiety I have been having since all the virus stuff is going on.
@bows22 woo hoo for finally being caught up on work. That’s great. I’m glad you and YH have talked and decided to still try this month as normal. Come on December!! 😁
@legallykate Well I’m glad work has been soo busy for you through all this going on. That’s a bonus at least. I feel ya on the anxiety. This Coronavirus 24/7 for me too isn’t great for my anxiety either.
@bows22 yay for being caught up at work!! FX for you for this cycle!!

R/R: we usually only use Motrin and always have it on hand, but with the reports last week that Tylenol is better for to take for COVID MH went to Costco and bought a huge bottle of Kirkland Tylenol. I had a headache last night so he told me to take something and I took 2 of the ones he bought. About 45 minutes later we were eating dinner and I started slurring and then had to lay down. I passed out on the couch but kept waking up to tell MH I didn't feel right. I remembered taking the Tylenol and that's when we realized he bought Tylenol PM instead of regular Tylenol. Sleep aids affect me strongly so it makes sense I was so affected by it last night. I still feel sluggish. Lesson learned: always double check medications before taking them.
CS/Q: none
@_orchid_ hopefully you have something to perk you up today. Can YH even return the bottle now that it's been opened?

@legallykate I did a zoom "happy hour" last night with some friends too!! It was so fun and great to see their faces, even if we weren't in the same room
@inthewoods23 oh friend, I am so happy that you are still able to keep up with your sessions!!
@_orchid_ holy crap!!! That's so scary!!! But thank goodness he was able to figure out what exactly had happened so that you don't take those again! Goodness! I'm glad you're okay!

@legallykate - That's good that you are able to stay so busy at work!
@inthewoods23 - I'm so glad that you're able to continue your therapy! I hope today's session goes well for you.
@mindyb2019 - Yikes $800?! How old is the dryer? Is it worth just buying a new one?
@_orchid_ - OMG how scary! I'm so sorry to hear of your update yesterday

R/R: I started typing out about going to the store this morning and all the precautions I took when I got home with my groceries and then I realized how neurotic I sound hahaCS/Q: Nope
@inthewoods23 I’m so glad you are still able to do your therapy session! And I agree with you on being busy, even though I’m caught up I still have plenty to do and it makes the days go by quickly.
@mindyb2019 holy cow that is a lot! How old is the dryer?
@_orchid_ oh no I’m sorry you were tricked with the Tylenol PM! I hope it wears off soon and you feel back to normal.
@kpearse99 I really need to do a friends happy hour! I was supposed to get together with some friends last weekend and we should have done that instead. I’m going to suggest it!
@legallykate thank goodness for technology! I hope you guys can take advantage of that more often so you can "hang out".
@inthewoods23 Good luck at your appointment today! I tease my therapist that she is always making me cry. I've been going for over 2 1/2 years and I don't think I've made it through one appointment without crying. But it always feels good after.
@mindyb2019 I'm glad you got the dryer taken care of but boo to that cost! Hopefully it doesn't give you anymore problems! I know what you mean with the anxiety of the virus. I have to really keep mine in check so it doesn't get out of control. H went to the store last night to get a few things (He surprisingly found TP!!) and he was gone for over an hour. We live less than a mile from the store and he only needed a couple things. I thought for sure he was exposed to the virus and being quarantined already. Nope...just talking to people in the store. Sending you comforting vibes. I hope you're able to ease your headaches soon.
@_orchid_ Oh no! What a way to learn that lesson! I'm glad you were in a place where you were safe though and not having to drive anywhere. I hope your headache is better today!
@kpearse99 Yay for technology!! One of my best friends just moved to another state, so we have a coffee date/combined puppy birthday party via FaceTime scheduled for Friday. Our dogs share a birthday, and we always celebrated in person, so now this year we just have to do it a little different. I hope the day goes by fast and you enjoy the webinars.
@feather_heather I don't think it'd sound neurotic to me. I'd probably be like hey that's a good idea! I've never been a germaphobe, but I'm turning into one now.

I'm so thankful that I've slowly built up a small home gym. It's nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. We're supposed to get more snow and rain over the next few days and I'm not excited. Hopefully the rain will help melt the snow we got last week so when this storm is over I can actually run outside.

R/R: We talked last night and decided to take a NTNP approach this cycle. Seems weird to try and shut my brain off to what CD it is, but I’m going to give it my best effort. We can use this cycle (and possibly the next one) to just enjoy each other and not stress about every little thing!
CS/Q: None, decided not to track the rest of the cycle.
@bows22 I think that totally makes sense for you to keep trying this cycle...we were so close to that decision too, so we are doing a pseudo-NTNP! That is exciting that you have been able to catch up on everything at work!! Even though you have a lot of new stuff, that has to be a great feeling knowing you are caught up to this point!
@legallykate sorry your work has been pandemic focused! Hopefully you can do more things like the group chat to lighten the stress otherwise!
@inthewoods23 I hope your virtual session goes well...and cry it out if that’s what you need!
@mindyb2019 whoa, $800 seems crazy! I agree with what @kpearse99 said, maybe looking at a new unit would be better?
@_orchid_ that’s super scary...glad you figured out what it was so you won’t take that anymore!
@kpearse99 sounds like you had a wonderful evening...so cool that there are options to still stay connected even if it’s not face-to-face! Hope your webinars all go smoothly today!
@feather_heather oh, we wiped down everything with Clorox wipes that we got from the store this weekend as soon as we got home...is that crazy?!

@feather_heather thank you ♥️ still processing.
@bows22 I went to the store the last week and my hands hurt from how many Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer I used. I feel ridiculous doing it all but then I see how long it lives on surfaces so I will keep doing it.
@inthewoods23 MH isn't as affected by sleep aids as I am so we'll keep the bottle for him. We have some regular Tylenol for me for next time! Have a good appointment today, crying means it was a productive meeting!! ♥️
@linzrunz jealous of your home gym! I have such a hard time getting motivated in my house with just a few weights. Luckily the weather has been good where I am so I can run outside. I'm actually loving it right now- I am in an NYC suburb and it's usually pretty tough to run on the streets bc of all the cars. Right now with everyone home I have the streets all to myself.
@kpearse99 I hope your calls and webinars are going well today! I had two yesterday and my head was spinning by the end! I'm glad I want at work or something yesterday when I took those pills- I would've needed a ride home! The plus side was Kirkland brand Tylenol pm really works if anyone needs it! 😂
@bluetickgal I think we'll ntnp a few cycles after this one too. I feel so stressed by the outside world that I want to feel as calm as I can by the things I can control.
@linzrunz - Glad you were able to find a workout that you like! I hope you're able to get out running soon!
@bluetickgal - That's similar to what I did! Although I cannot find clorox wipes anywhere and I only have 1/2 a bottle left. There wasn't any lysol or clorox wipes at the store, so I bought some spray bottles and little travel containers to make my own spray and hand sanitizer at home.
@kpearse99 love you, friend! I think so too...thanks for encouraging a more NTNP approach, I feel good about it now!
@bows22 yeah, it’s definitely scary to think about being pregnant right now...but I also don’t want to waste any more time! I agree, it’s totally unfair that we even have to consider all this! Can we just live in a bubble and not have to think about exposure at all?!
I will be checking in with everyone here shortly sorry I’m behind today!

CS/Q: Do you get a positive OPK more than once? Or just one day? So far no positives but I’m going to check again in a few hours to see if afternoon results are any different. FF predicted today to be my O Day but last month helped me realize I think I am usually behind their predictions.
@allthingscozy I usually stop once I get a blazing positive that’s darker than the control, but I’ve definitely seen charts on here with 2-3 days or positives
My progression last month (O was on CD17):
Me: 37, MH: 38; Married August 2017
TTC #1 October 2017: BFP on 12/1/2017, DD born 7/24/2018 @ 37+1 after induction due to preeclampsia
TTC #2 January 2020: AMA, dx with DOR in May 2020
IVF July 2020: 16 eggs retrieved, 14 mature, 12 fertilized, 3 blasts, 2 PGT-A normal

@feather_heather frankly those steps you took after grocery shopping probably ARE what we should all be doing, but don't.
@linzrunz ugghhhh tell the snow to GO AWAY. We had a dusting the other day but it melted during the day since it was probably 38 or so for a high. We're supposed to get more into the 50s soon and I can't wait! I wish we could open our windows during this quarantine time.
@bluetickgal probably a good idea to chill so there's one less thing to be freaking out about during this time
@_orchid_ that's good that you'll still have use for them. I hate buying the wrong thing that we wouldn't ever use.
@allthingscozy for me, when I test twice a day, I'd get positives 3 times in a row, so like a day and a half of clearly positive OPKs. Everyone is different. It gets a little weird when some of us see 3+ days of positives because when the heck is O then? After all the positives or after the first one? I stop testing after I get the first negative after the peak.
