Sharp shooting pain on left breast after m/c

We have been TTC since 2017 and we got pregnant through IVF for the first time this year, Jan. 2020. But we lost the baby at 10 weeks due to a suspected chromosome error, the gestational sac didn’t grow to the size it should be growing. I had a D&C on Mar. 9.

2 nights ago (Mar. 22), I was awoken by an intense pain on my left breast. This is the first time I’ve experienced this in my whole life. The pain lasted for just 3 seconds and disappeared. It happened twice. This morning at 4 am it happened again. I’m very worried that this is something serious. I’ve been googling this but what comes up is heart attack. Has anyone experienced this after a m/c?
